Class Schedule is on-going, always current, Studio hours correlate with class times...
Please, turn off your phone before you enter the studio, and to preserve the sanctuary
feel of our space, we kindly request not to use your phone inside the studio.
It's best to avoid eating big meals before coming to practice. A light snack, fruit or juice
consumed at least one hour before class, generally does not interfer with practice.
Drink plenty of water, before and/or after class, preferably not during class (although
we do not object if you do), as it tends to extinguish the internal heat we create during
practice.
