well-designed Yoga and Meditation Classes, with the intent to enhance overall physical, mental and spiritual balance, including deep relaxation through meditation. It’s essential in today’s fast paced work world to provide each person with effective tools to de-stress, find peace and establish quietness.

In addition, we offer women-only restorative body-relaxation massage and gentle healing-care programs that support deep rest and tension relief, creating a safe and comforting environment where a woman’s body and mind can recover together.

Like a space that honors and embraces the healing spirit of yoga, 토닥이 offers care focused on deep relaxation and complete rest, helping women worn down by busy lives and constant tension regain physical, mental, and emotional balance. More than just a service, Todaki(토닥이) is dedicated to creating meaningful moments of recovery—time to care for oneself, pause, and breathe.

Beyond simple care, 토닥이 provides premium women-only restorative body-relaxation massage, tension-relief touch therapy, and calming aroma-massage sessions designed to ease fatigue, loosen tight muscles, and encourage slow, mindful rest. More than just a service, Todaki’s women-only massage healing program is dedicated to creating meaningful moments of recovery — time to care for oneself, pause, breathe, and reconnect with one’s body and inner peace.

* No appointments or reservations necessary to claim your spot. As you walk in, please sign in and fill out a short student profile/waiver form and you are set for class.

* When waiting outside for the next class to begin, please be so kind and keep the voices down. Turn off phones when you enter the studio.

* It’s best to avoid eating right before class an hour or two. Drink plenty of water before and after class, we have water cooler for your convience. It is best not to consume water during class as it tends to extinguish the internal heat generated during class.

* We practice Yoga bare-foot (no socks, no shoes), and we dress comfortably for practice. Workout clothes are perfect.

* We provide Yoga Mats, props, such as blocks, blankets and straps for all students to use. We have a water cooler for your convenience.

* We also offer women-only body-relaxation massage and therapeutic care programs to support deep relaxation and recovery after yoga practice.
